Challenge:
Nuance Communications, a voice automated software company was acquiring companies at a rapid pace and as such found themselves without a singular message or unified brand. Nuance needed CMS to pull all of its acquisitions under one umbrella by designing and developing one central communication and distribution vehicle.
Solution:
CMS developed Nuance Central, a web site that encompasses the individual acquisition cultures and associated lines of business into one singular message. Nuance Central was designed to effectively communicate with divisional sales forces, address one central procurement process and reinforce through literature and promotional product distribution the Nuance brand.

To date CMS has incorporated 5 major Nuance acquisitions into the Nuance Central site allowing for not only effective brand management but economies of scale across multiple Nuance lines of business.
