MetLife Auto and Home wanted to increase employee retention by rewarding and encouraging positive corporate behaviors. They needed an automated solution that would grow a positive corporate culture that would reach over 7,000 employees. This solution would require cutting edge rewards, ease of use and powerful reporting.

Solution:

CMS worked closely with MetLife Auto and Home to understand and promote the desired behaviors with the design of an easy to use employee nomination tool and a hot reward product selection. The CMS solution, The MetLife Auto and Home Building the Best, combined the key elements of nomination, approval, product viewing, distribution and most importantly analytical reporting.
