Challenge:
Hearts on Fire Diamond Company was referred to CMS through a local print shop
to provide fulfillment services in the distribution of 5,000 Hearts on Fire
printed brochures to it's authorized retail partners. But CMS was able to
identify a "pain point" for Hearts on Fire much larger than literature
fulfillment. Hearts on Fire needed to improve the way they communicated and
trained their retail partners.
Solution:
CMS proposed a solution that would provide streamlined and automated warehouse
distribution of all Hearts on Fire information as well as storage, reporting
and invoicing services. CMS designed and implemented a sales order
processing system to assist the Hearts on Fire sales team in the daily
fulfillment of over 50 orders each day.
Success!
CMS then offered to provide both print and mailing services to Hearts On Fire,
growing the account from $25,000 in annual sales in 2006 to $250,000 in sales
in 2008.
